DMiles Development was founded by Jason Metoyer, who has been breaking ground and building luxury homes since 2008. Metoyer is a SoCal native, a 4th generation contractor/craftsman and working in the construction industry for over 20 years. Since 2002, he has worked with some of the finest architects, home designers, and trade craftsmen throughout Los Angeles.

DMiles Development prides itself in hiring the best sub contractors and suppliers, believing the key to a successful project is quality, realistic and accurate budgets/cost estimates, timely completion schedules, communication and post project follow up. After working for other contractors on the West Side of Los Angeles in the High End Custom Home Building Industry, Jason came to the realizatdion that in order to assure accomplishment of his high standard objectives he would have to be independent.
